Great value for money, cozy and clean rooms, and friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location is perfect, close to all the major beaches which is great if you're looking for a beach vacation. the pool was definitely a highlight of the stay, perfect for a quick dip after a day of exploring.
The restaurant could have had more options for vegetarians and the breakfast was just okay. the location is a little isolated so it may be better to rent a vehicle or have your own mode of transportation.

The resort is conveniently located near several of North Goa's best beaches. Guests can easily reach Baga, Calangute, and Anjuna beaches, all within a short 15, minute drive. the serene atmosphere of the resort is complemented by lovely villas with spacious rooms that include modern amenities such as air conditioning, up, to, date TVs, mini, fridges. the helpful and friendly staff is always willing to help make their guest's stay more comfortable.
Some of the villas may not offer the best views from their sit outs, as mentioned in some guest reviews.

Had a really good stay! The rooms were clean with a small fridge and hot water available 24x7. The location was perfect because it was close by to some really famous beaches. You can rent bikes directly from the hotel. The swimming pool was well maintained and a great spot to relax.
The complimentary breakfast was not great, but still enough to fill your stomach. The restaurant food was average too.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel staff were very good too make us feel comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was great. The location was unparalleled. We were close to some of the best beaches in North Goa and the Mapusa local market. the hotel facilities such as the bike on hire and taxi services made transportation hassle-free. And not to forget the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who served it with a smile.
Nothing, it is perfect.
